Customer account
Customers are responsible for keeping account details accurate, using secure passwords, and ensuring booking information is correct before confirming an order.
Bookings
A booking may include selected services, plans, add-ons, location, schedule, notes, and payment method. Availability may depend on service area, provider availability, and operational rules.
Payments
Payment options may include M-Pesa or cash where enabled. Customers should review totals before confirming and follow official payment prompts only.
Cancellations and changes
Order edits and cancellations may be restricted depending on order status, timing, provider assignment, and DAZZLES operating policies.
Support and disputes
Customers should contact support with order references and clear evidence where an issue needs review.
