DAZZLES may collect account details, contact information, service bookings, locations needed for service delivery, payment status, support messages, and app or web usage information.

Information is used to create and manage accounts, process bookings, assign providers, support payments, provide order tracking, improve service quality, and respond to support requests.

Customer location details are used to show service addresses, support provider assignment, display map information, and help complete orders accurately.

Payment information is used to show order totals, payment status, receipts or history, and settlement-related records where applicable. Do not share your private M-Pesa PIN with anyone.

Where advertising measurement is enabled, DAZZLES may share booking-event details and privacy-protected identifiers with advertising partners such as TikTok through browser and server events. Email addresses, phone numbers and customer IDs used for matching are normalized and SHA-256 hashed before transmission; raw contact details are not included in these advertising events.

Order, chat, payment, and support records may be retained as needed for operational support, dispute handling, safety, legal, and accounting purposes.
